Dimitri Bähler

Born in 1988 in the Swiss Jura, Dimitri Bähler entered the ECAL design school in 2006, then furthered his studies at the Design Academy of Eindhoven in 2009. His studies were soon followed by his founding of La Vague, a platform promoting young designers’ self-produced pieces. Currently, Dimitri is collaborating with Ismael Studer and Linn Kandel on different projects in Neuchatel, most notably the rug series Fanion shown at the D3 Contest of IMM Cologne. In July of 2013, Dimitri’s work at EKWC, the European center of Ceramics in Den Bosch Holland, was selected for the Design Parade 8 contest at the Villa Noailles in Hyères.
